Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quill (“the App”), developed and operated by Eugene Vlassov (“the Developer”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms in full.

You may use Quill solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to notify Apple or the Developer of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership of any stories, text, images, and audio you generate using the App’s AI tools. By generating content, you grant the Developer a limited license to store and display such content within your account for app functionality. The Developer does not claim ownership of your creative works.

Content generated by AI (including text, audio, and images) may contain inaccuracies or errors. Such content is intended for entertainment purposes only. The Developer is not liable for how AI-generated material is interpreted or used.

Quill offers a free tier with optional premium subscriptions handled exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

• All billing and refunds are managed according to Apple’s App Store policies.
• The Developer does not provide refunds for in-app subscriptions.
• Subscription prices and terms may change with notice via Apple’s system.

You agree not to use Quill to:

• Generate, upload, or share any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene material;
• Create or disseminate hate speech, threats, or adult content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App’s infrastructure;
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Violation of these conditions may result in termination of your account.

The Developer may suspend or terminate access to Quill at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Quill, including AI-generated errors, data loss, or subscription issues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Quill or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Quill after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
